User Eligibility and RegistrationUser Eligibility:- Age: To use our fintech platform, you must be at least 18 years old.

- Complete KYC Process for all Beneficial Owners (with share more than 25%): We will ask you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with regulatory requirements and verify your identity.

- Initiation of Payment: The Dealer employee initiates a payment transaction by providing the recipient's details (car seller data, car details, car seller bank account information or debit card information) and the amount to be transferred.
- Verification of Payment: Our platform verifies the payment details, checks your balance, and ensures that the transaction complies with regulatory requirements.
- Compliance: We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
- Authorization: Once the payment is verified, the Dealer senior manager authorizes the transaction by providing One-time-password, which is sent to their provided phone number.
- Payment Execution: Our platform processes the payment, debits your balance account, and credits the recipient's account by sending the request to one of our bank partners.
- Confirmation: We send a confirmation to both the Dealer senior manager and the recipient (car seller / car owner), providing details of the transaction, including the amount transferred and any fees charged.

However, if a dealer employee has a dispute regarding a payment processed through our platform, we provide a dispute resolution process to resolve the issue. - Chargebacks: If a dealer employee initiates a chargeback with their bank, our platform will provide all necessary information and evidence to support the payment transaction. We reserve the right to charge the user a chargeback fee to cover our costs in processing the dispute.
- Fraudulent Transactions: If a payment transaction is found to be fraudulent, we will work with the dealer employee and relevant authorities to investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
- Dispute Timeframes: Disputes must be submitted within a specified timeframe from the date of the transaction. Failure to submit a dispute within the specified timeframe may result in the dispute being rejected.
- Dispute Resolution Timeframes: Our platform will make every effort to resolve disputes in a timely and efficient manner. However, the resolution timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the dispute.
- Chargeback Reversals: If a chargeback is reversed by the bank, we will credit the dealer's account for the amount of the chargeback, minus any applicable fees or charges.
- Chargeback Liability: The dealer senior manager is liable for any chargebacks initiated against their account, and we reserve the right to deduct the chargeback amount, plus any applicable fees or charges, from the dealer’'s account balance.
